Our CAN is open to everyone who is concerned about the health and wellbeing of South Side Chicago Communities. This meeting will serve learn about the work of our CAN Subcommittee. It will also serve as an opportunity to connect with local businesses and residents around community-based solutions to our Health Education & Literacy focus.
